The Murano Collection

It all began with the idea of what glass looks like on display on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy. Murano is an island in the Venice lagoon known for its glass making. Many studios and glass blowers show their work along the narrow canals on the island. When traveling there in the summer of 2018, I loved the colors of water all around the islands, the glass displayed hanging in mid-air and floating on water. Here I explore colors, textures, shapes and design.
